We are coming with new features in this version! - You can now create a load-velocity profile with the maximum speed metric. If the profile is created with maximum speed, during the training, the 1RM will be calculated using this same metric. - We have added 2 new metrics to the “Last 3 Trainings” feature: Velocity and estimated 1RM. - We have added the intensity of the set. - We have fixed several bugs. |
